By now the visual design of your site should be coming together.
All of your pages have been created and correctly linked. By "all of your pages," we mean one of each unique type of page that you designed in your initial creative brief and mockups.
Note: if your page will be a template for a CMS (for example: a candidate or film page) there is no need to create that page repeatedly. Create it once and link the sequential pages to it.
Confused if you should include a page or not? Err on the side of having more pages; the more you create now, the easier the final assignment will be.
You've added in color to elements. There might still be polish (shadows, borders, etc…) left, but the primary & secondary palette is in place.
Your pages are properly aligned to the grid. Your typography is looking great. You've started to add in the elements that make the design unique to your group's project.
Run your site thru the HTML validator and CSS validator and fix any errors. Warnings are okay, but errors are not. These should be freebie points.
Don't understand the error message? Time to hone your journalism skills and Google it. Chances are someone else has had this same problem and has posted a solution.
You group should be committing code frequently. Once everything is good to go, merge your branch into gh-pages.
For this assignment, we will also be looking at individual contribution.
You should be collaborating with your group in some capacity. If you are pairing with another partner, please make sure to add "Paired with ____" that to the commit message comment.
Good luck! As always, we're here to help you.
