Adds a clearer settings layout and new file tree options.
What changed:
- Added a Show all file types switch in the plugin settings. It controls the native setting that shows non-Markdown files in the file tree.
- Grouped the main setup items under Important settings, including language, resource import, theme compatibility, file type visibility, plugin recommendations, and GitHub links.
- Moved advanced icon options into a collapsed More settings section.
- Added simple recommendations for pairing this theme with Manual Sorting for custom ordering and Code Files for code previews.
- Updated the plugin description to highlight stable behavior and broad theme compatibility.
Release assets include main.js, manifest.json, styles.css, and the icon resource pack for manual import from settings.
