Drop 32 bit support

It doesn't seem there is demand for 32 bit builds anymore, and many projects are dropping it in 2026.
For us it means less natives to build and to ship, smaller artifacts, faster android builds, less stuff to test.

1. Remove every 32 bit native from the project
2. Make sure everything compiles (including android natives)
