System code shouldn't panic when method is unimplemented
I mad some changes based on ACPICA exfldio.c source file. After this ACPI library works on Fujitsu Futro S520. But probably I need more tests to confirm it works 100%.
Bold elimination of todo, but it works.

Hi, I've made some changes so that the library doesn't panic at startup and loads the AML context like other libraries do into ACPI (i.e. so many contexts until an error pops up). The changes allowed to run the system with this library on the Fujitsu Futro S520, it will probably work on other computers/terminals as well.
