Summary

Parse Claude's seven_day_omelette usage field as the 7d:design quota window.
Extend model-specific weekly parser tests to cover Design and absent-field behaviour.

Test plan

go test -race -count=1 ./internal/provider/claude/...
go test -race -count=1 ./...
go vet ./...
