A pure-cosmetic patch release. No content changes. No conformance impact. v0.1.2 archive remains a valid snapshot; this release just tightens three small consistency items so the v0.2.0 playbook release ships on a fully polished base.

The framework is identical to v0.1.2. The four MVO controls, Six Triage Questions, Kill-Switch Modes M0–M5, Minimum Evidence Set A–F, and NIST AI RMF crosswalk are byte-identical to v0.1.2. No new files, no removed files, no semantic edits.
