v0.1.3 — Cosmetic polish

A pure-cosmetic patch release. No content changes. No conformance impact. v0.1.2 archive remains a valid snapshot; this release just tightens three small consistency items so the v0.2.0 playbook release ships on a fully polished base.

What changed

  • templates/ai-bom.yaml — Added ™ to the brand mark in the file-header comment (AI IR Overlay™ Minimum Viable Overlay).
  • CITATION.cff — Bumped version and preferred-citation.version from 0.1.1 to 0.1.3 so the "Cite this repository" exports reflect the actual release tag.
  • Repo description — Trimmed a leading whitespace character.

What did NOT change

The framework is identical to v0.1.2. The four MVO controls, Six Triage Questions, Kill-Switch Modes M0–M5, Minimum Evidence Set A–F, and NIST AI RMF crosswalk are byte-identical to v0.1.2. No new files, no removed files, no semantic edits.

v0.2.0 ships Playbook 1 — the first practitioner playbook from the LinkedIn newsletter series. Per the framework's release model, every playbook is its own MINOR release.
