Hibernate doesn't turn off completely computer surface Pro4

Hi
with the jakeday kernel, the pc does not do a complete hibernation (the keyboard remains activated)
I have to manually turn off the computer.
How to solve this problem by keeping the same kernel?

ps: with kernel 4.20, I don't have this problem.

@utilisateur38 With a patched 4.20 kernel or unpatched one? I'm going to add support for suspend to IPTS as well as ps_mode for mwifiex to address this.

The problem is always present with the last commit at this moment (tag: 4.19.19.19-1).
The kernel 4.20 to which I applied your script setup.sh

@utilisateur38 There shouldn't be any differences between 4.19 and 4.20 when using my patches and setup.sh script.

I also have this problem, using kernel 4.19.20 as installed using setup.sh today. Happy to run any experiments that would be informative.

Has there been any progress on this one!
Is there anything you need to progress it we can help with?
For me it will sometimes (usually within the first one or hibernate attempts) successfully power off - maybe a race condition?

This is the last major problem for my "use case" - wifi, , touch hibernate reliability etc. are all good. The reason I would rate this bug as serious as its too easy to forget and put it in a closed space where it gets very hot - as well as draining the battery and potentially causing heat damage/fire.

This seems to be the holy grail of SP4 usage...
it's the feature that would make linux actually usable on a day-to-day basis on my SP4.
Unfortunately, I have to carry my Macbook Air around instead :(.
