Help Installing Libcamera and help with touch support #682

Hey y'all very new to the linux world and I'm on mint as its the flavor of linux I'm used to. I know to get/help get my webcams working on my sp6 I need libcamera but when I say I need a linux for dummies explanation, I don't think its far from the truth. I can understand basics but I can't figure out what I need to do to get lib camera installed. I'm also not quite sure how to get autorotate and touch to be fully functional(cant scroll with touch). Any help for a newbie that wants to grow in this area would be appreciated.
