.jp domains fail parsing, get Japanese WHOIS response

hairtect.jp WHOIS response comes back with:

[登録年月日]  2021/03/05    (registration date)
[有効期限]    2026/03/31    (expiration date)

It needs to be made with hairtect.jp/e to get the English-only response, which would then be:

[Created on]   2021/03/05
[Expires on]   2026/03/31

And will be properly parsed.

Perhaps this can be hardcoded just for whois.jprs.jp, and, in the future, additional WHOIS servers that are non-English by default?
