Improvements

Transcript Share — Upload Failure Handling — If the share upload to share.kanna.sh fails (network error, server issue, etc.), Kanna now handles the failure gracefully instead of showing a blank result. A dialog explains what went wrong and offers a Download transcript JSON button, so the generated transcript is never lost — you can save it locally and open it in the standalone viewer yourself. On success, the share icon in the navbar shows a checkmark to confirm the upload completed. jake
