PyInstaller version for people who don't know how to run Python.
Run the file once to generate the config file, then update it with Discord bot token and other changes, if any.
If the provided opus.dll doesn't work, you need to compile it for yourself.

Changes include updating splitting the WoW cog from the help cog (don't ask why they were linked), fixing minor bugs, mostly in some non-essential playback commands.
