Requirements

1. Can view list of polls that able to take
2. Can view and edit the previous submission anytime
3. Can set start and end date or date range of poll or survey
4. Can view the result of poll or survey after submit the polls
5. A question is not visible to web visitors before the opening date
6. Voting or modifying an existing vote is not allowed after the closing date
7. The polls/survey question and results can still be viewed after the closing date.
