Jamulus 3.12.1 does not install on Android 16

We had a couple of reports of spurious "new version" messages appearing to people when they opened the Connect dialog. We've identified the cause and Jamulus 3.12.1 contains the fix.

Try to install on Android 16 without result.
Message that the version is for a older Android version.

Sorry but I don't have a other phone.
It is just build with the wrong version.
3.11 has just works on Android 16.
Never mind will not install it then.

You could try to update the build environment on the github ci. But we don't have anyone with enough Android experience to really test this unfortunately
