Changes
As per #588. This is an include file to add into both the client and server manuals under the heading "Backing up Jamulus" and to be linked to from install pages.
As it turns out, the paths thing is ... complicated (OS, installer version and possibly OS version specific). So I've tried to avoid as much if/then complexity as possible.
