Bootstrap release
As the bootstrapped version is beginning to work, I thought it would be appropriate to make a release of the version that built the first full app.
It's a source-code only release since it's just a bunch of python scripts, a vscode launch.json file to run the python scripts and a markdown file (itself) to test it all. All the transformer results are also included, so you don't need to build from scratch. But it's still very basic, this version has 1 purpose only: build itself.
If you would like to run it yourself, this is how:
-
You'll need an open-ai api key.
-
put that into an .env file at the root of the project (where the readme.md is)
-
next, you have 2 options:
- run a single transformer on all the text fragments in the markdown file
- run all the transformers for a service or for a component on a single text fragment.
-
to run a single transformer, select it from the vscode launch.json file (so in run and debug, select for instance, compress mdc
-
to run alll transformers on a service/component:
- select the key of the text fragment, ex:
# MarkdownCode > components > body > results view - in run&debug, select 'rebuild service mdc' or 'rebuild component mdc'
- paste the key in the input field, watch all the results in the output. put a breakpoint in 'rebuild xx mdc' to pause between transformers
- select the key of the text fragment, ex:
and finally, perhaps a screenshot of the upcoming full version:

There are still some bugs to be fixed before it can go live, probably in 2 or 3 weeks or so...
