CausalAtlas v0.1.0

First public research release of CausalAtlas, a measurement study of causal grounding in LLM-orchestrated single-cell perturbation foundation models.

Included

  • Clean public repository history and Apache-2.0 license.
  • Claim-level evidence map in docs/CLAIMS.md.
  • Data provenance and redistribution boundaries in docs/DATA_PROVENANCE.md.
  • Reproducibility notes in docs/REPRODUCIBILITY.md.
  • Machine-readable artifact_manifest.json and JSON schemas.
  • Released Move-1 artifacts for Norman / GEARS and Tahoe / Arc STATE.
  • CI validation for strict JSON, manifest paths, public file-set hygiene, and public-surface text.

Data Boundary

This release does not redistribute raw third-party single-cell data, large regenerated intermediates, checkpoints, run logs, or local/private planning files. The public verification-allocation benchmark data lives in the linked Verify-or-Trust Hugging Face dataset.
