question: why `cortex ps` slow on windows

How come cortex ps takes ~15 seconds on Windows? What's the underlying logic leading to the latency?

its also noticeably slow on mac, but onlyu like ~3 sec delay

Update:

There are 2 requests sent over to the Cortex-CPP server and the Cortex OpenAI compatible server. There are logs and indicator added. Also:
@marknguyen1302 is refactoring to move away typeorm which is costly.
