Ideas for improving libpolys:

no n_InpAdd (only n_InpMult)!
Writing/reading/conversion-to-string OF polynomials/numbers is very inconsistent and misleading!
Only n_Test(NUMBER, COEFFS): no way to test a domain consistency... same for polys/rings?
