• Windows version working (thanks @StarWindv) - see #194
• Bumped versiontag.go that has gone stale.
• Fixed tutorial (#195):
  • Removed golang.org/x/exp/constraints import in the tutorial.ipynb.
  • Fixed go.work section.
• Dockerfile: Updated Go version to 1.26.5; Split into 2 stages (base and gonb-specific).
