silly makefile error turned eldritch horror, im scared

the main makefile doesnt actually include config.mk causing make install to try to install things at the file system root because ´$(DESTDIR)´ remains undefined (gnu make 4.4.1 on openbsd 7.7 in case this isnt reproducible to you)

somehow fixing this trivial-seeming issue makes the tree of makefiles collapse in on itself in terrifying ways i havent yet quite comprehended as before it compiled fine (and now doesnt) but couldnt install and now it installs fine but somehow make itself is invoked with ´+=$(cflags)´ as an argument after cding into libXg

i dont know what is happening. all i wanted to do was compile an updated fork of sam on account of p9p being a little too authentic

That's strange. Let me know if you figure it out. To unfuck your sam working directory you can use git restore .; git clean -xdf or similar. Still a bit busy irl with things so not much time to debug myself right now.
