Deleting tilesets crashes if tiles are used #28

Deleting tilesets is not correctly handling the cast of deleting tile instances. Like the object issue:

  • On deleting a tileset, all instances in open levels should be deleted.
  • On loading a level, remove or inactivate tiles that have no backing tileset.
