The Beef Design System

Second half of 2022, the opportunity to build another dashboard template [still] never goes out of style. However, it is safe to say that I have tried everything from Qt, Rust, SixytFPS and other cool stuff out there, I want something that is ready to rock and roll for almost every type of development work whether it's mobile, desktop, kiosks etc.

The Fallacy of the New Normal

Forget it, it's not new and it's not normal. The next of half of 2022 and beyond is going to be a roller coaster ride the only thing that will remain the same is change and having said that I choose to build this template with Bulma and Vue, thankfully, there is now Buefy which will make this work a hell lot easier in the next days to come.

Update: I already abandoned Buefy and work on this design system from ground up. Buefy is still not updated to Vue3.

Putting it all together

Beef Template is not about "low-code" if that is the trend as of this writing. Beef template is about building something stable, fast and reliable where it will be almost painless for developers to integrate microservices, backend services using Kafka, Mulesoft, WebSockets, Salesforce etc. and to be able to ship faster to production
