Description

This PR fixes the empty description field in the package.json file by adding a clear, concise project description that accurately represents the purpose of jargons.dev. This improves project discoverability, professionalism, and provides immediate context for developers.

Thank you for making your first contribution to the project 😁

I noticed the extra with the keyword field... though I would've preferred this PR is scoped only to the description field and they keyword be done in a follow-up PR with an issue created for it ahead of time.

Making unrelated change to PR makes reviewing process uneasy... BUT in this regard its tiny and it works though 😉

Note for next time: Only agreed/expected changes should be made included in a PR 😉
