  Bug D launcher rapid-fire fix + 41% → 73% coverage)
- Bucket B: public-launch infra (community files, GoReleaser,
  golangci-lint + dependabot + weekly fuzz/stress, README polish)
- Bucket C: v1.0-shaping functional gaps (status --watch, events
  --tail, bosun debug, session history)

Only #15 (iCloud field-validation gate) remains open in the
