local dev server ?

Thx for this extensive template!

I noticed yarn dev watches for .ts changes, but is there also a local dev server with hot reload integrated, or how do you do your dev?

This template is for TS libraries.

You could layer on a development server for your frontend application or library component, but it is out of scope to put into this library.

Does that make sense?
