Better error reporting of conflicts #508
Description
Consider a schema that contains elements named both 'type' and 'Type'.
JAXB will encounter an object factory conflict.
It will throw an exception which says that there is a conflict, but doesn't
reveal the locations of any of the participants in the conflict or even the
names of the two things in conflict.
It would be especially delicious if there was a dynamic callback scheme so that
an application (like the CXF dynamic client) could patch it up on the fly.
