Excessive error logging in Jersey client

When I use Jersey client to request an URL with unknown host, I get a javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException with java.net.UnknownHostException as expected.

However, I also get this SEVERE logging from Jersey. I want to catch and log such error myself. I don't want Jersey to pollute my logs like this, especially not on SEVERE level.

I would say that it rarely, if ever, makes sense for a library/framework like Jersey to log anything on SEVERE level. It only makes sense if Jersey believes that the whole JVM is about to die.
