Proxy client fails to send an entity if it has any annotation

Hi, I'm evaluating you Jersey Proxy Client for our projects in Allegro and I've stumbled upon a nasty bug.

This interface works ok:

public interface OrderEndpoint {

    public static final String ORDERS_PATH = "/orders";

    @Path(ORDERS_PATH)
    @POST
    @Consumes(NewOrderRequest.MIME_TYPE)
    @Produces(OrderResponse.MIME_TYPE)
    OrderResponse createOrder(
        NewOrderRequest request
    );

}

but if I add any annotation to the request argument like this:

    public static final String ORDERS_PATH = "/orders";

    @Path(ORDERS_PATH)
    @POST
    @Consumes(NewOrderRequest.MIME_TYPE)
    @Produces(OrderResponse.MIME_TYPE)
    OrderResponse createOrder(
        @NotNull NewOrderRequest request
    );

}

The Proxy Client API stop to send the entity in the HTTP request.

I've localized the problem and I'm preparing an pull request.
