Fixed setRequestMethodViaJreBugWorkaround() to work with HTTPS as well as HTTP

Some implementations of HttpsURLconnection use a Delegate to perform the work. This implementation of this method checks for Delegate first. Also, in case there are more layers of superclasses, crawls thru the superclass structure looking for the 'method' field to modify.
