Fix "unable to get svn info" to work for git.

Hi, (sorry for my small d-english)

I have build a glassfish 3.1.2.2 against mojarra 2.1.29-05 (and more artifacts from maven central). In the server.log of glassfish I see this info message:

Mojarra realy trying a svn info?

Please follow the usual backport protocol and backport this to all actively maintained branches so that the next time we cut a release from those branches it will have the fix.
