Summary

  • Make the v2 workflow shell the default AGENTVIZ UI while keeping Classic UI as a fallback
  • Add the Find, Review, Investigate, Analyze, Compare, and Improve workflow surfaces with shared session state
  • Improve token/cache accounting, v2 accessibility, responsive behavior, e2e coverage, and artifact sync
  • Update README, CLAUDE.md, style guide, screenshots, and token metrics documentation

Validation

  • npm run typecheck
  • npm test
  • npm run test:e2e:v2
  • npm run build
  • screenshot presence and session-hero/replay equality
  • palette drift check
