This PR updates the
GenerateTempURLexample to specifically use theRegionScopedBlobStoreContextAPIs that take a region argument, i.e.RegionScopedBlobStoreContext.getBlobStore()->RegionScopedBlobStoreContext.getBlobStore(REGION)Imports have been cleaned up, and the creation of a directory has been added to ensure the example runs standalone.
