Version 1.0

This is a major new version which adds support for mod_auth_openidc in addition to mod_auth_mellon. Some command line options have been modified to support the ability to have multiple client types (e.g. mellon, openidc, and possibly other future clients). Be sure to read the man page which describes the deprecated options and the new behavior. Deprecated options will continue to work but will emit a warning.
