1.修改本地启动parse5不兼容html ejs模版
2.由于vite升级到v4版本，同时rollup升级到v3版本，修改h5打包和rollup打包es和commonjs互相不兼容的问题
3.升级rollup-plugin-dts版本为兼容rollup v3版本
4.rollup taro打包external去掉@tarojs/components依赖库
5.修复了本地文档运行，文档没有实时更新的问题
