Extend macos config

Hey I'd like to contribute to mise to add more options to
bootstrap.macos

specifically i'm used to have:

[bootstrap.macos.finder]
sort-folders-first = <boolean>
save-new-documents-to-cloud = <boolean>

[bootstrap.macos.keyboard]
automatic-capitalization = <boolean>
automatic-spelling-correction = <boolean>

[bootstrap.macos.dock]
autohide-delay = <integer>
autohide-time-modifier = <integer>

which atm i apply via [bootstrap.macos."com..."]

i think these could be useful to others too

These look like useful additions to the existing friendly sections. Opened #13032 with the six options you proposed, using snake_case to match the current config names:

[bootstrap.macos.finder]
sort_folders_first = true
save_new_documents_to_cloud = false

[bootstrap.macos.keyboard]
automatic_capitalization = false
automatic_spelling_correction = false

[bootstrap.macos.dock]
autohide_delay = 0
autohide_time_modifier = 0.5

Both Dock timings accept integers or floats. The save-to-cloud option stays under Finder but is documented as applying globally to application save dialogs. Your existing raw-defaults config remains supported.
