rfc6234 repository not found

It looks to me the submodule https://github.com/massar/rfc6234 has been made private (or something else) but I do not seem able to clone it.

Like many people I have been cleaning up my Internet presences on third party platforms, especially those that are AI infested and often unreachable.

Instead one can use:
https://code.massars.net/~jeroen/rfc6234/
or:
git clone https://code.massars.net/~jeroen/rfc6234.git

For small, and static dependencies like these though, I would heavily recommend not linking them in a project, but simply copying them (especially in this case where the original code is to be found in the RFC....).

The submodule is linked to a specific commit already, thus at least risk of an upstream changing the code is less, but we can all see what happens in the NPM world when one does not do that simple trick...
