Group generation patches

I modified Galene 0.96.3 with some additional group generation patches.

• I have two templates that live in /group/ that define a default config for small meetings and for larger events.
• I have two bash scripts that live in / that copy the templates into /groups/, set a name for the group, randomize passwords, and generate a template email to send to the admins of the group.

Would you like these patches?

I'm currently moving towards using galenectl for server administration, so I'd be interested in seeing your scripts so I can reimplement them in galenectl. (By the way, @TechnologyClassroom, perhaps the mailing list is a better place to have this kind of discussions?)
