[1.0.21-stable] Could not load project on Visual Studio 2026

Using latest 1.0.21-stable on latest Visual Studio 2026 18.2.1 and trying to load vs2026 project I get error:

libsodium-1.0.21-stable\libsodium-stable\builds\msvc\vs2026\libsodium\libsodium.vcxproj : error : Unable to read the project file "libsodium.vcxproj".
libsodium-1.0.21-stable\libsodium-stable\builds\msvc\properties\Common.props(21,24): A numeric comparison was attempted on "$(PlatformToolsetVersion)" that evaluates to "" instead of a number, in condition "'$(PlatformToolsetVersion)' >= '143'".

Thanks - this patch works! As for installation - triple checked 18.2.1 is latest stable release.
