Right now the config screen has a blank background.

Hopefully this will never be needed with the inputconfig.sh script. I figure we can add support for known controllers in this script, and if the controller is unrecognized the script can simply delete the es_input.cfg file and restart ES allowing the user to configure their own controller.

This is unrelated to the inputconfig.sh script.

The move to try to set a "standard" set of controller hardware has completely fallen flat, and is inconsistent with what the community actually wants, so I've abandoned it.
