about the window bar style

hey.
i was listening to music the other day and i came up with a server issue. after pressing both of the buttons you suggested below the error description, i wanted to give closing feishin a try to see if that would fix it.
i started looking for the window bar buttons but i couldnt find it since it was hiddden, after thinking a bit i realized that i wasnt seeing it on screenshot 3 either.
and as someone who does GUI design work, i thought about my preference being that they'd be there because what if you wanna minimize/collapse the window?
so i wanted to know your opinion on that and see what thought process was while implementing it this way.



(also i wanted to know if this was intentional too)

p.s. i love the look of the webUI and how camouflaged it looks. and also, im very new here, in fact its my first time writing in discussions for someone. i wanted to know if and how i could contribute with you.
