Re-download of models required after update, but old models are are not cleaned up

Describe the bug:
Updating from version .9 to .11 did require me to download the Gemma Models again:

However, despite the old downloads being useless, they still seem to be stored in the Apps storage - since the apps storage requirements did not drop:

Expected behavior:
The App should delete all models not linked to a UI entry on every startup, so if there's an older model internal model no longer shown, it will be be automatically deleted.

@RubenKelevra because it is the best model overall for most users, most users don't have 12-16gb ram, this model is efficient for most mid tier devices, that is why, also the re-downloading is expected as google updated model hashes and i did not include upstream's auto model download updater mechanism for security reasons so this is expected

@jegly ahh okay. I recommend changing the wording to "most efficient model", as it gives the best performance for the amount of memory/processing power.

For users with a device being able to run the larger model it's not the best choice, as the quality of the answers is significantly lower:

Noted, i will update the wording, i answered this question in the other issue i closed. i will look into a migration / user/data path on the next release
