Describe the bug:
Cant access TPU acceleration on pixel 9

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install via obtanium on a pixel 9
2. Install gemma 4b
3. Start chat and select NPU accel
4. Gemma starting never ends and at the end crashes

Expected behavior:
For the TPU v3 to be used for accel

Device & App Information

• Device: Google Pixel 9
• Android Version: A16QPR3
• App Version: v1.0.11
