Error when adding '.' in a string

There is something wrong with following statements in javascript file, like this:

var url = 'http://www.google.com/';

'.google.com' is highlighted.

[jelera]

I've inspected your string and it did return javaScriptString as expected.

Are you using any other plugins with it, like othree/javascript-libraries-syntax; because, in my test, .google.com also returned jClass.
