Sensible highlighting

I see this in just about all syntax files, but it really doesn't make any sense when you think about it.

Why do we highlight the actual 'function' keyword. Who gives a shit?

Instead, why not highlight the function's name and identifier, which is far more likely to be the important bit that needs to stand out, not the literal word 'function'?

As far as I'm concerned it should be:

HiLink javaScriptFuncKeyword Noise

On your question, Why not highlight the function's name and identifier?, the function's name is actually being matched as javaScriptFuncDef and the arguments as javaScriptFuncArg.

The meaning of a syntax file is to tell the colorscheme file to highlight certain keywords and regex-matched strings. Now, it really depends on the author of the colorscheme file, on which color are to be used. You can modified or create your own colorscheme to suit your needs.

I see your point on making the function's name stand out over general JavaScript keywords, but these keywords are rationally matched, I suggest you modify an existing colorscheme.

In the other hand, it is on my TODO, to match the variable names to make them highlight.
