Remove usages of Commons Compress

See jenkinsci/jenkins#9311 for the motivation. This functionality is provided by the Java Platform, so no need to depend on a third-party library, with all the dependency management hassle entailed therein.

Hi @nfalco79, I'm hoping to get this plugin released so that we can proceed with JENKINS-73355 by the end of the year. Here are some of the options that could work:

• You could perform a manual release of this plugin
• I can add myself as a co-maintainer to https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/blob/cd915546dd72f565dad391ced68ba6f3f4d46946/permissions/plugin-nodejs.yml and then perform a manual release of this plugin myself
• I can set up automated plugin release for you, then you can perform an automated release in one click by running a GitHub Action

Do you have a preference as to which path we take to get to a release?
