• "Failed to save grid": the profile_data column migration now runs automatically after a plugin update (it previously only ran on activation, which auto-updates skip). Saves also skip profile_data gracefully if the column is missing, so the editor never hard-fails.

If you already hit the error, just update to 1.3.0 and reload any admin page — the column is added automatically. No manual SQL needed.
