Add link to GitHub repository in application UI

Proposed Implementation:
Add a GitHub link in one or more of these locations:

Header (top-right corner with GitHub icon)
Footer (alongside other links)
About/Info section

Acceptance Criteria:

GitHub link is visible and accessible from main application view
Link opens in a new tab
Uses GitHub icon or clear "View on GitHub" text
Link points to: https://github.com/jentacularJava/Toronto_Drop_In

Design Considerations:

Use GitHub's official icon/logo for recognition
Consider adding a "Star on GitHub" call-to-action
Ensure link doesn't clutter the UI or distract from main functionality
