Bundle issueflow-issue-init, issueflow-issue-start, and issueflow-issue-close as explicit-invocation skills under .cursor/skills/, driven by TEMPLATE_MANIFEST and Jinja templates in src/issue_flow/templates/skills/. Document skills in the README, developing guide, and cursor-issue-workflow overview. Extend tests for manifest size, init output, and update refresh. Archive issue #1 documentation to .issueflows/03-solved-issues/. Bump version to 0.2.0. Made-with: Cursor
