Graph Mapping framework

A framework for generating problems, testing and performance comparing between algorithms and approaches in solving Graph Mapping problem.

Environment setup

Anaconda/Miniconda is required to setup the environment.

Linux:

chmod +x ./setup.sh
./setup.sh

Windows:

./setup.ps1

Activate the environment:

conda activate graphmapping
