Instead, please send an email to security@helpbridge.ca.

We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and provide a timeline for a fix.

HelpBridge is designed to be privacy-first:

• Zero Cookies: No tracking cookies are used.
• Client-Side Inference: Semantic search embeddings are computed in your browser or anonymously on the server.
• Zero Logging Policy: We do not log user search queries or personal identifiers.
